Info: Created for Emerald City Comicon 2013. This was a build collaboration between my mother-in-law and I. I created the entire hat and it's flair, eyebrows, bow-tie, thread spool bandoleer, scissor holster, scarf and ribbon assortment. My MIL custom made the jacket and vest. The shirt, pants and shoes were thrift store finds. The hair is all hers, natural color and everything.
