Handmade, scratch built, replica using several different materials and techniques including 3D printing. The hilt started as a one-side 3D print (made by Rawrbomb). I embellished the raw 3D base with Apoxie Sculpt, cleaned it up then hand sculpted the center flat lines and detailed scrolling out of Monster Clay. Finally I molded it in silicone and cast two sides in resin to create the final hilt you see here. The blade is hand shaped from select Pine. The handle is a mix of cast resin and Sintra. The pommel is a 3D print also from Rawrbomb.
